At 3D CAD workstations and with the aid of FEM calculations, we develop innovative, state-of-the-art solutions for stamped, bent and injection-molded parts.
These solutions are implemented with the use of tooling technology in our in-house mold and tool making center, which is also equipped with modern facilities for the maintenance and manufacture of highly complex modular progressive tools.
On 18 CNC-controlled high-performance automatic stamping machines with a press force of 250 to 3,000 kN, we manufacture precision parts from strip steel and non-ferrous metals with thicknesses of 0.03 to 6.00 mm. For production planning and control, our machines and systems are connected to a PDA system in order to obtain real time data and statuses.
We develop, design and produce injection molded parts from standard and high-performance plastics in our in-house injection molding facility. Modern injection molding machines are used to manufacture highly specialized, tailor-made solutions from compound materials.
